Workday LMS Consultant
Workday Learning Management Systems
Workday Learning Job Description:
• Provide Tier 2 support for Workday Learning and Core HCM, resolving escalated incidents and service requests.
• Manage daily LMS operations, including course creation, user assignments, campaigns, compliance tracking, and system maintenance.
• Administer and maintain various learning content types, including eLearning, SCORM, AICC, xAPI, instructor-led, and blended learning courses.
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday Learning notifications (Enrolment alerts, reminders, approvals, completion messages).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning business processes (BPs) and related integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and analyse Workday Learning reports—including standard, custom, matrix, and composite reports—to track participation, completion, and compliance metrics.
• Perform EIB loads to manage and update learning assignments, completions, and course data.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and IT to enhance learning workflows and improve user experience.
• Support rollout of new modules, system updates, and change management initiatives within Workday Learning.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance across Workday Learning and Core HCM.
• Maintain documentation, configuration logs, and troubleshooting guides for all LMS processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and coordinate resolution of system issues.
• Experience supporting global Workday environments or enterprise-scale implementations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Workday LMS: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring learning content, programs, security, reporting, integrations, managing SCORM/xAPI, supporting compliance training, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and administering Learning workflows effectively.
Functional Knowledge: Basic understanding of Workday HCM and functional processes.
Technical Knowledge: Workday EIBs, Studio basics, SCORM/xAPI content, APIs, reporting, calculated fields, tenant configuration, security domains, integrations, data loads, troubleshooting learning content, and managing vendor content feeds.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex integration problems.
Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with third-party vendors is advantageous.
