You will join a high-performing Industrial AI & Vision Engineering team focused on delivering automotive-grade computer vision solutions for manufacturing, quality inspection, and automation. The team builds and operates production-scale vision platforms that run in high-throughput factory environments, leveraging AWS cloud, DevOps/MLOps best practices, and modern full-stack architectures. Collaboration spans software engineers, ML engineers, manufacturing stakeholders, and factory systems teams to ensure reliable, real-time outcomes on the shop floor.
As a Senior Industrial Vision Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end industrial vision systems used across automotive manufacturing operations. This role blends full-stack software engineering, production machine learning, and cloud architecture, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and real-time performance.
You will:
Architect and develop end-to-end industrial vision applications, including UI, APIs, and ML pipelines
Design, train, and deploy computer vision models for defect detection, inspection, and traceability
Lead AWS-based architectures for image/video processing and ML workloads
Build and maintain CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps pipelines for production systems
Optimize vision solutions for real-time, high-volume automotive manufacturing lines
Integrate vision platforms with factory systems, PLCs, and MES
Mentor engineers and drive best practices across software and ML development
7+ years of software engineering experience with senior-level technical ownership
Strong expertise in Python and cloud-native full-stack development
Proven hands-on experience with computer vision and machine learning (OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Deep AWS experience, including EC2, S3, EKS/ECS, Lambda, and SageMaker
Solid background in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Demonstrated success delivering production systems in automotive or manufacturing environments
Nice to Have
Experience with automotive quality inspection, defect detection, or traceability systems
Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, or Modbus
Experience with edge or hybrid cloud deployments
